I took my car in yesterday after having some work done at another major tire store... That store had me on the side of the road after spending about $2,500 on tires brakes and rotors I've had rotor clips fly off my vehicle I've had my brake line damaged I also had a flat not even a month after getting new tires and then I have oily splatters around my wheel well I originally didn't feel safe driving my vehicle after all of these things have happened taking my car in to tire Rama just to get a second opinion Thomas helped me he even took the time to put my car on the rack and take all the tires off and look at everything he was even so kind and clean the corrosion off of my wheels which was causing the flats he didn't have to do that they took me in got me right on the rack I felt safe to drive my vehicle after this and I appreciate you guys so much thank you Thomas

Tried to call in at 533 pm and see if they could take my car the next day, but rather than talking to me they asked if I can hold for a min after 30 minutes on hold I get an automated voice recording saying they will not be taking my call and to call back during business hours then hung up. Very upset after this. If they can't take a call how do we expect them to change a tire correctly.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Story time... I'm from out of town and needed to leave asap. Last year, Firestone on Sprague was exceptionally excellent with me, my needs, etc and ESPECIALLY my appointment time! That location had a fire... i.e. closed, so I called Spokane FS with a confirmed ( so I thought) 10 am appointment! I got there at 942am and they asked if I'm dropping off, etc. There are plenty of demands ahead of you! Yeah, sure WHY was I told 10am? I left aimlessly thinking... ugh, Jiffy Lube?? I'm not exactly sure where I was heading but I knew I did not have time! Fast forward.... I just randomly popped into Tire-Rama. ( I saw it on my way to Chase bank) I explained I just need an oil change and explanation of WHY my tires are loosing air, etc. This is the short version! They come back at me telling me my breaks ( or at least 1 is locked up????) Not the cause of my tires as I'm demanding om check EVERYTHIN! WHAT? They knew I was a female alone towing a cargo trailer! OMG! That explains my check break system light came on in Elko, NV at least 3,000 miles ago last month. Big O came back at me, with nothing wrong with breaks and to this day, I never saw the check br

Love this place. Easy in easy out. Fast service today. Was just ao bummed to hear you did away with buy 3 or 4 and get one free. That was such an incentive. Best in town.

This Tire-Rama shop was the absolute best tire center I have ever worked with. Their prices were extremely reasonable, they did a free diagnosis of my tire leak, they were very fast (they got me in immediately), and they went above and beyond (recommending a great rim shop and proactively reprogramming my TPMS sensors after my tire rotation). In our current world where service has been de-prioritized, to say I was surprised with the exceptional service and care I received at this shop is an understatement. Thanks Tire-Rama and thanks Thor for getting us back on the road with a smile on our faces!
